Requirements:
Male/Female, 25- 30 years old.
Min. Bachelor degree in psychology
Having min.10 years experience in similar position particularly in Banking
Having good experience in all activities of the selection & recruiment process
Having good experience in all activities of the people development program
Having good experience in all activities of the knowlegde management process
Having good analytical & problem-solving skills
Ability to influence at all levels and build relationships
Ability to explain and communicate complex topics in a straightforward way
Good command of English both in written and spoken is a must
